Our conditions and important information for a relaxing vacation in the middle of the impressive Dolomites of Val Gardena.

Terms & conditions

• The reservation of the accommodation is valid after the receipt of our written confirmation, which you will get after the deposit has been transferred to our bank account.
• The apartments are available from 15:00. on your day of arrival and we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10:00 on the day of departure.
• You can settle the bill in cash, credit card or bank transfer before before or preferably on arrival.
• It will be charged a tourist tax of 2,80 Euro (residence) or 2,10 Euro (private house) per person and night (Children aged 14 and over). Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
• If You cannot start your journey and we receive your cancellation up to 28 days before the start of your holiday, no penalty fee will be charged and the deposit can be vouchered or returned.
• If you cancel between 27 days and 14 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge 50% of the total amount.
• If you cancel between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge 75% of the total amount.
• If an apartment is cancelled from 7 days until arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the final amount will be charged.

South Tyrol Guest Pass

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Included in the price:

Final cleaning, bed linens and kitchen towels, bath towels, parking, Wi-Fi, fitness room, ski storage with boot warmer, and a spacious garden with seating and loungers.

Not included in the price:

Sauna, hot tub, solarium, garage, and tourist tax.
